Terms of Service

Payment Before Processing. Unpaid orders will not be processed. Payments will be through the secure Paypal channel.

Canceling Order. The buyer is given a grace period of 12 hours from the time of payment to cancel their order by messaging me of such a request. After this period, the sale is final and production of the item will begin.

Manufacture and Printing occurs in California and takes about 3 to 5 days and then your item is shipped. Wait until then for your tracking number which I will message to you.

Shipping is with tracking and takes about 3 to 5 business days for US-bound addresses, and 6 to 8 business days for Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, and all other locations.

Returns & Replacement Policy

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to us. In many cases, action for replacement can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer. If the damage / defect cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to return for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

If your item is found damaged or defective and your request for replacement is granted, you will receive a return number (RMA) for inclusion on your return shipping and a prepaid return shipping label. Also, an email will then be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated. We don't accept returns without a valid return number (RMA). Under no circumstance will we reimburse for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with us as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Zazzle.

For all other acceptable reasons other than for damaged or defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Requests for returns will need to be determined for approval upon receipt of your complete request for return.
